The Partner We Always Wished We Had
We are Dave and Callum, two lifelong friends from Lincoln who build websites, SEO and social media for businesses across Lincolnshire. Our work is award-winning: Callum took the Rising Star Award at The Lincolnshire Marketing Awards 2026. We started Prosper Digital to be the kind of partner we always wished we had: one that treats your business like its own, and only feels it has done the job when yours is genuinely better off.
Our Story
Prosper Digital started in 2023, though the idea goes back to a school friendship and a lifelong ambition of creating a successful business together.
Dave took the long way round. Thirteen years as a structural engineer and a civil engineering degree, plus a side habit of building websites for extra money that started when he was sixteen. In 2022 he picked it back up properly, realising he did not want to spend his whole career building someone else's dream, and in 2023 Prosper Digital began — websites for local businesses, built around a full-time job.
Callum came from sales, learning how to genuinely sell a service, and was quietly running social media for friends' and family businesses on the side. In 2024 he came on board with a bigger idea: not just websites, but the full set of services a local business needs to grow, across the three things we are actually good at, websites, SEO and social media.
We will be honest about the hard part, because most agencies hide it. The early years were a grind. We worked sixteen-hour days, gave up weekends, and held down full-time jobs while building this, because winning those first clients and delivering properly at the same time is brutally hard. The turning point was simple: we did not stop. Callum went full-time in 2025 as the work grew, Dave followed at the start of 2026, and we took an office at Sparkhouse in the centre of Lincoln. Today Prosper Digital stands on its own, with a proper team behind it, doing the thing we always said we would.

The founders
The People Behind Prosper Digital
Dave leads on websites, SEO and getting projects over the line, and spends most of his spare time on the systems that make Prosper Digital better and more scalable. Thirteen years in structural engineering taught him to build things that hold up, which turns out to be handy for websites too.
Outside work he plays bad golf, plays bad padel, and watches sport well, unless Newcastle lose, in which case he watches it very badly indeed. He lives with his amazing fiancée Ellie and his even more amazing Golden Retriever, Dougie (let's hope Ellie doesn't see this). You will usually find him watching sports at North Hykeham Memorial, playing golf or running to keep the beer belly away.
Callum leads on marketing, sales and social media, and is the reason Prosper Digital is so well connected locally. He holds voluntary committee roles with Lincoln Business Club, gives talks for other business owners, and does charity work through the services we offer, because he genuinely likes being in the room.
Outside work he plays golf, and watches his beloved Arsenal play some of the most boring football known to man (you can probably guess who wrote this bit). When he is not practising his golf swing in the corner of a room, he is spending every spare minute with his partner and kids. He will socialise with anyone, anywhere, and tell you a joke that lands just the right side of inappropriate.
